Help! Access to SQL Database is Failing on Second Attempt!


This article is for those who have written a web application that connects to a SQL database, which returns the following error on the second attempt to connect to SQL:

     80004005:ConnectionWrite(GetOverLappedResult())

This error is a scary-reading error indeed. The problem arises when you configure SQL server to use named pipes and you are using the non-Anonymous User context.
