Top 3 Classic Table Games You Can Play Online

It’s no secret that online casino gaming has taken the world by storm, allowing players to log in with any device connected to the internet, looking to play a game or two of their favorite casino classic. Whether you log in to your favorite online casino provider from the beach, the sofa, or even the airport, there will always be a virtual seat waiting for you at your favorite table game.

Let’s explore three classics worth logging in for. Scroll to discover.

Roulette

Comprised of a wheel, a small ball, and a corresponding table, Roulette is a game full of chance and prediction. Whether you play Roulette live or on video, the aim of the game is always the same – to correctly predict where the ball will land within the wheel.

The wheel itself is comprised of pocketed compartments, alternating in numbers and colors. Depending on which variation of the game you have clicked on, it will decide the number of zeros on your wheel and table – the European variation has a single zero, whereas the American has a single zero and a double zero.

With themed games for the choosing, there are lots to discover when you spin the wheel online.

Blackjack

Next up is Blackjack. A game consists of you vs. the dealer in the pursuit of holding the highest valued cards without exceeding 21.

In order to beat the dealer, you’ll need to hold a hand of cards totaling 21 or less, that’s higher than the dealer’s hand. However, you will not find out the value of the dealer’s hand until you have chosen to ‘stand’ with your cards, making it a game of chance.

The cards themselves hold different values; cards one to nine hold the value displayed on themselves, the royals (Jack, Queen, and King) value themselves at 10, whereas the Aces of the deck hold two values – one or 11, allowing players to choose which value would be best suited for their hand.

To begin, a wager will be placed down on the table, and the dealer will issue two cards face-up whilst dealing themselves one face-up card and another face-down. You will then need to add up your cards to get your total. If you feel you can add another card into your hand to get closer to 21, then ask to be ‘hit.’

If you are happy with your hand, you will ‘stand.’ When you have stuck with the hand that you have, the dealer will then, and only then, turn over the hidden card. The dealer will then add up their cards and, just like you, will have the option to add another card to their hand if they feel necessary. If at any point either yourself or the dealer exceeds 21, that person will lose.

Poker

Another card game that has stood the test of time is Poker. Unlike Blackjack, in a game of Poker, you’ll be playing against other players around the table rather than the dealer. If, however, you play the video version of Poker online, you will be playing against a computer. Computerized games are kept fair and unpredictable with the help of a trusty Random Number Generator (RNG), so gameplay will always feel authentic.

After placing down your wager, the cards will be shuffled, and the dealer will deal out five cards to each player around the table. The aim of the game is to hold the highest-ranking hand. If, however, you find yourself with a low-ranked hand, you could, if up for the challenge, bluff your way to winning – trying to convince others that it’s you holding the highest hand rather than anyone else playing.

Every player that plays Poker, whether that be online or in person, always hopes to find themselves holding a Royal Flush – the best Poker hand of them all. Will you be holding this in your next game?
