Getting Started
What many people don’t realize, is that the casino in GTA 5 isn’t available in the base game. You can only play at the casino in the online version of the game. It means that you will have to play the game online if you want to carry out these tasks. Of course, if you’re online, then you can also try to play for real here. This will give you a different experience to the GTA 5 online casino, but it does offer the opportunity to play for real money, which you won’t have as openly in GTA.
Once you’ve moved over to the online version of the game, you will have to ensure that you have enough money to carry out certain steps. First Steps
The first thing you need to do, is buy an arcade. These become available once you have spoken to Lester in Mirror Park. Once they become available, the arcades cost between $1.235 million and $2.53 million. So, you’ll need to make sure you have this much money available. Once your arcade is bought, it’s time to start setting up your heist.
Here you will need to make the move to Lester’s underground base. Here, you’ll see the setup for the heist. There are three different boards, each one representing a different stage of the planning section.
Planning and Preparation
The first thing you will need to do, is case the casino and the vault. There are a number of different items you can purchase that will make this task easier for you. The casino allows you the chance to get two different purchases that give you additional insights into getting into the casino itself.
The vault allows you to discover what is available inside the casino once you have broken in. Make sure to check these as you want to try to aim for the most valuable loot possible. If you’re spending all this money to learn about the casino, you want to make sure it’s worth your while.
Finally, you will have to choose how you want to approach the heist. You have three different options. You can choose to sneak into the casino and vault, trick your way into the casino and vault, or go in heavily armed with lots of explosives. It doesn’t matter which method you choose, you’ll get the same rewards however you approach it. What does matter is your own style of play? Pick the method that is best for you and go ahead from there.
Getting Ready to Assault the Vault
This next section is where you need to think about how much you are willing to give up to make your mission a success. You will have the chance to choose your crew here. You will need a gunman, a driver, and a hacker. For the best of each, it will cost a 27% cut of the job. This is a lot, but it’s well worth it when it comes to completing the job. If you go cheap here, you could end up failing the job, and be left with nothing. So, make sure you spend wisely.
Part of the reason you want to choose the high-level crew is that going for the higher price for the job means it is a harder mission. This will mean that the better crew will negate the increase in difficulty.
Once you have upgraded your items and prepared yourself for the job, it’s time to carry it out.
Entering the Casino
There are a number of different ways to enter the casino. Depending on the way you have planned the job, you will approach it in different manners. Once you have emptied the vault, it is time to sell your haul to your buyer, which means escaping from the cops.
Just Playing at the Casino
Of course, if you don’t want to complete the heist, you can just enter the casino and play the games there. What is impressive about the casino, is that you can win the lost slamvan at the lucky wheel. This is a car that’s wanted by lots of players, and so it’s always worth giving it a try to get this added to your garage.
There was a glitch in place before that allowed players the chance to have multiple opportunities to spin the wheel, but it appears that this has been corrected now. On top of this, there was a specific way to spin the wheel that would guarantee the car, but this has also been fixed. It means that you have to rely on your luck in order to get the car from now on. But there are still plenty of other games to play inside the casino that make it well worth a visit. And if none of the games catch your eye, then you can always carry out the heist and get access to the diamonds in the vault.
